Delete your Kevra account

You can delete your account and your personal data in two ways:

From the app (immediate)

Open Kevra → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

From this page

If you no longer have access to the app, tell us your account's email and we will process the deletion within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar) and credentials.
• Your library, reading progress, annotations and reading time.
• Your configured remote sources (including their credentials) and your files in Kevra's cloud.
• Your linked devices and sessions.

Reviews, quotes and messages in reading clubs are kept in anonymised form ("Deleted user") so as not to break other readers' conversations.

What is kept, and for how long

• That anonymised content is kept indefinitely, with no data left that could identify you: no name, email, photo or credentials.
• Server technical logs and backups are deleted automatically after 30 days.
