DMCA / notice-and-takedown

Kevra lets its users store in our cloud (Pro plan) and transfer between their own devices the ebooks (EPUB) they upload themselves. Kevra does not index, publish or share those files: they are private to each account. Even so, we act diligently on any notice of copyright infringement.

Responsible use

By uploading files, users declare that they hold the necessary rights or that their use is permitted by law. Uploading content that infringes copyright is prohibited, as is circumventing protection measures (DRM).

How to report an infringement

If you are a rights holder (or their representative) and believe that content hosted on Kevra infringes your rights, send us a notice at abuse@joinkevra.com including:

What we will do

On receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or block access to the reported content and, where possible, inform the affected user, who may file a counter-notice. Accounts with repeated infringements may be suspended.
